Do all universities and institutes of New Zealand ask for work exp. in order to give admission in post graduate programs?

No, not all universities requires an industry experience. It actually depends on university wise but most universities do not demand industry exposure as pre-requisite.

No, not all courses require work experience. MBA requires it. M.Sc courses mostly don't require work experience.
