Do any reputed college in Pune or Bangalore provide provisional admissions to foreign students?

I live in Nepal . Here the results are delayed 5 to 6 months due to the educational system rules here in Nepal. I prefer to get admission in pune or bangalore in reputed college there for the Bba programme can you please help me out with my problem.And how can i apply ?
