No, audiologists cannot become doctor-equivalent to MBBS or BDS doctors. They may pursue a doctorate degree as a Ph.D. and put the prefix "Dr. " in their name, but they are not equal to physicians. If they pursue their Ph.D. degree they can use the prefix Dr but they can't become a real doctor.
