Do B.Tech CSE students have any scope?

The students who study B.Tech CSE specialization with AI/ML and graduate in 2030. Does this course have any scope in 2030 and beyond? Also, everyone saying that students only study in government colleges like IIT, NIT for possible jobs. Private colleges are waste. Also, the scope of abroad for work.
