Do B.Tech graduates from IITs and NITs need to appear in GATE to get an opportunity to study M.Tech in IITs or IISc. ?

    Hi Azusa,
    Yes, to pursue M.Tech in IITs or IISc you need to qualify GATE exam.
    As per the IIT website, "Candidates who are GATE qualified are eligible to apply for M.Tech. GATE is not required for application to MTech on part-time basis or DIIT programme."
