Do backlogs really matter if i want to do masters in top universities(ivy league) of America?

Hi Rahul,
Backlogs certainly matter in case you wish to apply to Universities overseas. More than 6-8 backlogs in a degree reduce your chances of being accepted by Universities and colleges overseas. Let me know in case you have additional questions. Happy to help!

Does kt in the same subject twice is considered as 2 backlogs? And what if I did not attend KT exam, instead I cleared it in next to next semester, will that also be considered as a backlog?
