    Hi Myra,
No, MBBS is a general doctoral degree that would enable you to practice as a general physician. After MBBS, you may choose to opt for MD or MS whereby you can choose from various specialization like cardiology, dermatology etc.
BAMS and BHMS would enable you to practice as a general physician, however, your forte of treatment would be Ayurveda and Homeopathy respectively.
Thus the career scope of BAMS and BHMS are not same in terms of a general MBBS course.
Hope this information helps. Please feel free to revert. Click on the thumbs up or mark it as the best, if you found this useful.

    Dear Myra,
Scope of further specializations and options after doing MBBS are far better than the other two courses. Even for jobs and private practice, it is preferable to do MBBS in terms of opportunities as Allopathic medication is more widely accepted and used in comparison to homeopathy or Ayurveda.
If you have any further queries, please feel free to write back.
    All the best!
    Regards,

There are also options for super specialization through Ph.D. in any area of medicine. You also have an option of pursuing Diploma or DNB at various hospitals. There is a great demand of medical professionals and it is increasing due to the unfortunate upsurge in diseases and ailments day by day.
