Do banks appoint undergraduates as a clerk if they pass IBPS exam?

I have given my b.com 1st yr exam and recently i joined bank coaching for upcoming ibps but now i'm confused bcz i think its too early. Who ll be given more consideration among the 1 who has scored high marks bt is undergraduate or the 1 who is graduate bt has got less marks than the previous 1.
