we all know that ca gets very good opportunities in bank,finance company and accounting firms but if they join any other industry then also they will get awesome salary packages .and also tell the post at which he can be posted

Hi,
Yes CAs are getting good package in FMCG as well as Business Channels. I have personal acquaintance with some CA friends who are working in Nestle and ITC at a starting package of 12-13 lakhs p.a. which most of the Finance, banking and Audit firms are not able to give.

The recruiter considers various parameters while deciding upon any candidate.
