Do Canadian universities give conditional offer letter on the basis of IELTS score and 10th and 11th marks?
I am a +2 non-medical student. My 12th will get completed in 2019 and want to apply for Sept. 2019 intake. Academic history:- 10 CGPA in class 10th and 11th class :- Physics -89 Maths-80 Chem. -88.

Hi,
Depends from university to university. Some may while some won't. Usually in USA and Canada they do give but it is a good practice if you check with the universities first before applying without 12th results.
