Do candidates have to apply separately for XAMI members?

The registrations for Xavier Aptitude Test XAT 2015, scheduled for January 4 next year, have begun and candidates need to apply separately to individual XAT associate institutes. The Xavier Aptitude Test XAT is conducted at the national level by XLRI on behalf of Xavier Association of Management Institutes (XAMI) for admission to management programmes such as MBA (Masters of Business Administration) and PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management). Candidates need to note that XLRI does not ascertain quality of the degree or programme (s) offered by other XAT associate institutions. Each institution independently decides the weightage to be given for each of the test components on the basis of its needs. XLRI does not play any role in selection of the candidates in these institutes. All payments made for registration for XAT and other institutes are non-refundable.
