Do class 10 marks matter if you're going to usa for an undergraduate program ? which marks are actually taken into consideration ?

I'm presently in first year junior college (commerce) and wish to go to Usa after finishing junior college. Which marks would be qualify me to go there for a degree in finance and banking?
