Do classes take place in IGNOU?

3 months agoYes, Indira Gandhi National Open University conducts its classes in its study centres, under the guidance of regional centres. However, IGNOU doesn't run any classes in the main campus. When a student registers for a course in IGNOU the student picks a Study Centre and a Regional Centre according to their choice. The books are obtained from the selected study centre. Also, IGNOU offers a facility called IGNOU Online' which gives its students an opportunity to study online for programmes and courses which are not available in the area where they live in.
