Yes, why not. But, it depends upon college to college. Some prefer lateral entry. If you scored well in JEE Mains and Advanced. While, if a student is not qualified for JEE Main, then on the basis of class 12th percentage/entrance exam or interview, college may give admission to lateral entry. Also,
