Do colleges consider only PCM percentage or overall 12th score for B.Sc applied science admissions?

I have got 90.5% in PCM but my overall score is 88.4% in 12th.

    Yes, they see only the marks scored in physics, chemistry and maths. But your 12th percentage also matters.
