Do colleges providing PG courses in Canada accept the students of Bachelor of pharmacy with 8 SPI/CGPA (75-85%) from India?

It is a good idea to check with the college you wish to study in regarding its requirements and the process towards fulfilling them.

I already checked that but the problem is they are mentioning the required grades in term of GPA and my country (India) provides the marks in terms of SPI or percentage, how can I compare the grades?
