Certainly no, if you are asking about high school level or college professor. Because, for that you have to have honors graduate and Masters in mathematics and more if necessary. But, with commerce, you can't have these degrees. But, if you are talking about private tuition and primary school level,

No, it's not possible because maths itself is a core science based subject. You have to have maths honors and even more to teach at higher level.
