Do companies come to college campus and offer summer internships or is it on the students to go and search for internships?

Colleges come for summer internship. But unlike the final placements, not all get placed for SIP and you might have to go out and search by yourself.

Yes, we do have placement committee dedicated to get the students placed in both Summer internships for 1st year and final placements for second year.
