Do companies have any age gap criteria for recruitment?

I wish to pursue MBA next year. I will complete MBA at the age of 28.

    Generally, age is no criteria in MBA campus placement but you may have to explain your gaps in education during HR round. However, if you have good performance in your MBA and you perform well in GDPI and selection process then HR will condone your gap years.

However, if there has been a gap of 2 or more years between completion of courses, without any relevant experience during this time, then it might trouble you during placements.
