No. LPU provide their certification courses within campus itself as part of their regular curriculum. Moreover, LPU have students (very few) which are placed in these companies, so they publicize it as part of their recruitment. Still, on the other hand, there are many companies visiting in LPU and we certainly believe that Google and Microsoft are not the end of the road, it depends upon your domain.

To get admission into the PhD programme at Lovely Professional University (LPU), here's how the process works:

You must meet the eligibility criteria: typically a Master's degree in a relevant field with minimum 55% aggregate marks (UGC norms) or equivalent. In certain disciplines, candidates with a 4‑year Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of industry / teaching / research experience and 75% marks may also apply. In their case, selection is ba

Students who appear for LPUNEST not only get admission eligibility but also have a chance to earn scholarships based on their scores. However, for some courses like BA, BBA, BCA, B.Com, and a few others, admission is possible based solely on marks from the qualifying exam without needing to clear LPUNEST. Both Chandigarh University (CU) and Lovely Professional University (LPU) are known for engineering, but if we think of Electrical Engineering, LPU appears better in many ways. As a student, I personally feel that LPU has a very practical approach to learning. Their labs are state of the art, and well-resourced, and I find that the faculty usually support us to work on real-time projects, which build confidence to take on challenges in industry. The university brings many industry professionals for guest lecturers, and have affiliations with top companies in the world, so this gives students a greater opportunity for internships and pla

Dear reader,

Taking admission at LPU is a great choice. LPUNEST is their own entrance and scholarship exam.

The candidate's merit rank on the test and the courses and specializations they selected during the online preference submission are the main factors used to assign seats for LPU NEST counseling.  The availability of seats in the selected programs is another factor that affects allocation.

For more information kindly contact their concerned department.

I hope this information helps.
