Do CSE or ME students get different Subject Module questions?

No. For the standard APS India requirement, all eligible Indian Master's applicants (across Engineering, Commerce, Economics, and Management) sit the exact same General Academic Module. You do not get a stream-specific syllabus unless required by a specific German university.
