Do freshers and experienced candidates get the same average package?

It depends on the company, usually if freshers and experienced candidates are hired by same company then freshers get Rs.50k to Rs.1 lac less than experienced ones. Hope this answers your question.

It varies company to company and also based on the profile which is offered. But, generally people with work experience get more package than freshers.
