Do government colleges in India admit students for mass communication courses through 12th boards or entrance exam?

I have got 82% in 10th and I am currently in 12th. I belong to OBC category.

The admission for BA (mass communication) in government universities is based both on merit and entrance examination. Delhi University admissions for BA in (mass communication) is based on the cut-off, but GGSIPU-New Delhi conducts its own CET for selection of candidates for BA in mass communication
