Do Government organisations of India recognize or give validity for 1 year MBA from the UK or Europe for providing jobs and further research

For your information the IAS and IPS officers from India after their 5 yers of experience they were sent to UK to do their MBA and come before they are posted as Collectors or Managing Directors. only for teaching the AICTE is not allowing. otherwise for all purpose it is good course and it cannot

no one year MBA is not accepted by government departements because as per the guidelines of AICTE ministry of HRD gov. of India MBA has minimum 2 year duration and EMBA is 1.5 years duration and Part time MBA is 3 years duration.
