B.Ed distance degree is absolutely valid and acceptable for government and private teaching jobs in schools. However, one should have distance B.Ed degree from a recognised top university that adds value to their career. Candidates with a distance B.Ed degree can apply for government teaching jobs. Thanks.

Regular B.Ed is more significant than correspondence one. Rides and some central universities are good for B.Ed but there are a lot more universities too. Hope it helps.

The only need is UGC recognised college and college that offers correspondence course such as IGNOU is also affiliated by UGC. Both the degrees have the same value. The opportunities and faster growth are not so much within the type of degree, as it is within the individual who has the degree. Opportunities are always there. It is up to you to take advantage of them through creative and critical thinking, assertiveness, perseverance, commitment, positive attitude, and the ability to think through long-term benefits. It is always suggested to do regular education reason being you learn so many things which you can not learn while reading books at home.
