Do I belong to Creamy Layer (CL) or Non Creamy Layer (NCL)?
My Dad is working as govt. school teacher in Karnataka and his salary is 4.5 PA. I belong to Kuruba caste(OBC). So, do I belong to creamy layer or non creamy layer. I went to ask creamy layer certificate from village account but he didn't give and told me that my dad's income is more than 4.5 PA.

The reservations for OBC are not uniform and they vary from State to State. In Karnataka, the facilities are more depending on population. The details can be checked locally. Even the parameters for creamy layer are changing.
