Hi,
As per the norms defined by I.C.S.I, Executive Programme Level examinations can be written either in ENGLISH or HINDI medium. A student has to mention the preference of medium at the time of making the application for examination.

You can always appear for ICSI exams in Hindi, however, please note that in any given attempt you can select only 1 option for language. Either it will be English or Hindi and your choice will be binding for all the papers. There is no option to solve 1 paper in English and other in Hindi.
