10th - 88% ,12th-79% btech-6.57 (manipal institute of technology has conversion factor 9.09 so it becomes 59.72% Work exp - 1yr.

No you might not face any problems. Just log in to some good sites for details of eligibility of admission in MBA. Check it from lovely professional univ, galgotia, osmania etc
