Do I (general) stand a chance to get admission with 93 percentile in CAT along with 83% in B.Tech, 95% in 10th & 96% in 12th?

You should apply. Percentile is decent but being fresher may cause hindrance to get a call.

After having such academic records and a decent percentile I think you don't have any problem.
However, sometime the cut off fluctuations happens. Anyway, hope for the best and go for it. Best of luck!
