I got 79 percentile in JEE Mains this year. My home state is Assam and I am from OBC category.

If your OBC rank is not exceeding 57k then you have high chances of getting a seat in civil engineering in NIT Silchar.

No, you cannot get NITs with these scores, you can try for top private colleges though.
