From the previous year data, you can get the branches of B.Tech such as Biotechnology, Production, Chemical or Chemical (Plastic & Polymer) in the counseling rounds. You can take admission in the best branch possible for you now and then hope for an upgradation in the special round, but that is also not for sure, it totally depends on the seats available and your rank.

Yes, you have the chance to get admission in this college, but I can't actually tell you about what branch you may get. It will be helpful if you kindly check the previous year opening and closing rank of the college to get a better idea about which branches you can apply for.
