Do I have a chance to get admission in IFIM? I have 134 in CMAT, but had an ATKT in my third semester, which I cleared in that year itself.

Minimum requirement in any entrance exam (CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT) is 60%ile.
You can very well apply to IFIM if you have cleared it already. You should not have an ATKT in the final semester or the year you are taking admission in PGDM.
