Do I have a chance to get into this college with 636 marks in December MAT? If yes, how and when should I apply? I am from West Bengal.

Yes you do stand a chance to get admissionin PUMBA.The process for centralized admission starts in the month of May.Please follow the following website for regular updates: www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in

The expected MAT cutoff is expected to be similar to that of previous year that is, 600. So, there is chance for you to get PUMBA. Please apply through Directorate of Technical Education in the month of June.

Yes you have decent chances at PUMBA. Process shall be conducted through DTE. You can check below for admissions process. http://www.pumba.in/programs/mba-plus-process.htm
