Do i have a second chance of counselling of UPTU even if i have confirmed a seat in first round?

I have got one seat can't i upgrade it? in this year.2015

Yes, one can sit in second counselling. If you are not satisfied with the admission in your present college. you can have option to change it. What is your Rank UPTU so that i can assist you better. Other then this you can take admission in India's top universities as well like in BITS, VJIT, PSE, L
