NIT-Trichy is one of the best NITS. Your academic record is okay but CAT is low. Follow through the counseling process and you may get a chance. -

NIT-Trichy is one of the best NITS, so you have to secure a good rank in JEE Mains. For SC/ST, it should be 180 to 190.
