Hi Jignesh,
I would request you top call up the college admin office asap and know the details. ILS seats you can apply for separately in college. MMS seat admissions happen through CAP round itself, and if I am not mistaken the application for MMS SEAT through CAP round has closed.
Please call up the DTE office or have a look at the site for detailed info on the same. You can get all the ILS related information from the college admin office. -
You are eligible to apply for ILS with MAT score. There are very good chances that you can secure ILS admission in MET but also apply in SIES & Chetan. If you get in SIES, it is better than MET.

The correction period is open for a short time after the submission of the application. You can log in with your MAT account and edit the form, but not every field is editable, so check before you submit. If the correction period has closed, then you can contact AIMA support, but changes will not be guaranteed. It is always a good idea to save a copy of your original form for your reference.
