Do I have any chance, if I do not have 50% in my graduation? I have scored in class 10th: 7.6 CGPA and 12th: 71%. I am a final year student.

No, minimum eligibility criteria for admission in SIBM is 50% which you don't have so there are no chances for you in SIBM.

Final year students are eligible to give SNAP and hence for admission at SIBM Pune only if they score atleast 50% (for open category) and atleast 45% (for ST,SC and other categories) in his graduation.
