Do I have any chance, if I do not have 50% in my graduation? I have scored in class 10th: 7.6 CGPA and 12th: 71%. I am a final year student.

No, minimum eligibility criteria for admission in SIBM is 50% which you don't have so there are no chances for you in SIBM. -
Final year students are eligible to give SNAP and hence for admission at SIBM Pune only if they score atleast 50% (for open category) and atleast 45% (for ST,SC and other categories) in his graduation.
