Do I have any chance? My CET rank is 396. I am from Delhi and I belong to general category. I saw it was closed at 590 last year.

It is quite difficult to say that 396 is a safe rank to get admission given that you are from general category. Although last year's ranks might give you an idea, but you cannot rely on them completely in biotech admissions as the trend changes every year.It might be difficult to get admission in the first counseling with this rank but you can hope for the second counseling. But I would advice you to keep your other options open too as in the 2012 batch that is my batch,The last rank admitted even after second counseling was 82.
