Do I have any chance to enter in final year of Bachelors in veterinary science as it has not been accredited in New Zealand and Australia?

If you are asking for a transfer, then you need to contact the universities directly. If you meet the credit point requirements of the universities, then they will consider you for studying there. It will depend on the university's requirement solely.
