Do I have any chance to get admission for PGDM? I have scored 60.05 percentile in CET.

Hi Tejas , To be honest , you will have to really outperform your way during the group discussion and GD PI . Because your overall performance will be calculated and not only your CET marks . The minimum eligibility is 50 percentile for applying to the admission procedure for the PGDM , but if you really perform well at the GD PI then you can equalize your score with those who have around 80 percentile applicant. A word of advice , know the current news well and know your CV really well . As per last years process there was this sheet which was provided to us before the PI which we had to fill . It included a question like " which book have you read recently " so if you have read a book know it well , to write it for name sake . On the safer side atleast read the summary on the net of the book you specify on that paper . The form are for sale . I suppose the last day for application is April end or May 1st week . There is no percentile based cut off for PGDM as the selection gives more preference to group discussion & interview. If your performance is good during GD/PI then you you can secure admission in PGDM.
