Do I have any chance to get admission here through ILS or in the 4th round this year? I have scored 84 percentile in MHCET.

Not sure because its depend upon the no. of students who apply for the same. But your score is too low, you might have less chances. Last year cutoff was around 96 percentile after 3rd CAP round.

The 4th round in CAP is open to all from this year , seeing the cut offs so high it becomes difficult for you with this score. Last year SIES in counseling round was 95.xx percentile. Through ILS also it looks difficult, last year ILS cut off was at 93%
