Do I have any chance to get admission in Osmania or JNTU, Hyderabad? I have got 13400 rank and 80 marks in ICET.

It's very typical to get admission.but you should try . This rank is very bad . JNUT is very reputable college so need to Wait till last level of councelling. I think you can get it in CLC level may be.
