Do I have any chance to get into this college with 82.66 percentile in CAT'16? I have heard that the last cut-off was 83 percentile.

Last year, 83 was percentile for PGDM finance. You may have a less chance if the cut-offs fall this year. -
It depends upon your profile and work experience. If you have both of these and you perform well during GD/PI, there might be a chance for you. -
