Do I have any chance to get SIMSREE? Does all India rank include Maharashtra candidates too? My AIR is 125 and I belong to OMS category.

    All India Seats include Maharashtra candidates as well.
    All India Rank is not the criterion for admission purpose. Percentiles are.
    Cutoff percentile is 99.9X for All India Seats.
    Last year last candidate to be alloted seat was ranked 41

    No, AIR doesn't include Maharashtra candidates, so your chances are pretty high. Last year the cutoff rank closed at 150.
