Yes, you can apply for the PGDBM course and if you perform well in the GD/PI round you can get admission to the respective field you want to choose. Yes work experience of working in your own business is also considered. Though you will have to fill the form as fresher. During GD/PI or WAT/PI session they will definitely question you on your business.

There is no particular cut-off as such but candidates with scores above 90 percentile make it to the final list. Looks a tough call on your score.
