Do I have chances to get admission in MANIT Bhopal or other good NITs or IIIT?

I live in MP. I have scored 187 marks in JEE mains and expecting 80-85% in CBSE boards. I got 5400 rank in VIT. Should I wait for NIT results till 30th June or book a seat in VIT? Is it worth to go for low reputed NITs or VIT, which has 13 MHRD AIR?
