The All India Seats in Welingkar are very less. The cutoff usually is around 95%ile. So the chances are very very less. -
Yes.you do have good chances for getting shortlisted.
After getting shortlisted you will have to go through several rounds like GD PI and creativity test .
After which the final selection will be done.
