Do I have to calculate 10th and 12th marks also or only degree marks to meet the minimum criteria of 50% for MBA?

You have to calculate only graduation marks for this which should be atleast 50%.

Dear Gaurav, Only graduation % must be above 50%, but that doesn't mean that 10th and 12th marks got no relevance, graduation % is just an eligibility criteria for appearing in entrance exams but final admission depends upon consideration of your 10th and 12th academics by interview panel members.

I got 46 marks in my degree one college is agreed to give me MBA seet(Management quota) can I go for it
