Do I have to complete MBA in future for pursuing a job as an HR executive when I am already doing my M.A. In Sociology?

It is not compulsory but after MBA, tour chances will increase for HR. Without MBA, you have to struggle very much. Therefore, I suggest you to pursue MBA.
