Some universities conduct their own test for admission and scholarships, like Chandigarh University, LPU, VIT, etc. And some states organise their entrance exams to take admission into the colleges in their states, like Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Bihar, etc. The

Hi, After JEE, you'll get the admission on the basis of your score. As of my knowledge, you don't need to give college entrance.

After passing through JEE Mains, if you you qualify for JEE Advanced, then you need to appear for advanced for getting into IITs otherwise appearing for JEE Mains will be sufficient to get into good colleges.
